User Profile

• Status Change: Any admin user or agent who logs into the platform, their status is selected as Away so that no chat is assigned to him/her. When the agent is ready s/he can change the status to Online.

• Edit Profile: Agents can edit their profile from here.

• Change Password: After logging into the platform, any person can change their password by typing current password, new password and confirming password.

• Logout: Logout will directly logout the user from the platform.
