This component is used to provide chat transfer to a live agent if the visitor/ customer wants.

After adding a chat transfer action, click to open the details panel. There you need to provide a message in the 'Default Message' text box. Visitor/ customer will see this message when he request for chat transfer to a live agent.
System will show another message when human agents are not available. Users can change this offline message according to their preference.
If you have department option enabled either you select which department to route the request of the visitor/ customer or the visitor can choose the department while requesting chat transfer. Learn how to enable departments in REVE chat.
