Users can use this action to check if a visitor/ customer has competed a flow. After a node, if a flow can be determined as complete, this action needs to be added.
This helps to track if a chatbot flow is too complex, if the visitors/ customers are getting lost before completing the end task. For example, in a product recommendation chatbot, the end task is to guide customers to checkout. This action can assist if visitors are reaching the expected flow using milestone.
Users can select an existing goal from the drop down or create a new goal in this action (marked in green). This action will not be visible to customers/ visitors.
