REVE chat offers customers to use their existing business email to use the ticketing feature. By integrating the business email users can users can reply to tickets using their business email.
Currently REVE chat enables users to integrate only one Gmail account. Users can disconnect and connect again if they wish. To integrate the Gmail-
Users have to click the "+ Connect" button.
A pop-up will appear where the user has to select their logged-in gmail account to integrate to REVE chat.
After that user have to click the "Continue" button to confirm that users want to use REVE chat as a third party app.
Next users will be asked if Reve chat can access Gmail to read, write, delete emails. By checking the allow access checkbox users have to click the "Continue" button.
After completing all the steps users business gmail will be integrated with REVE chat.
Currently REVE chat enables users to integrate only one cPanel account. Users can discount and connect again if they wish. To integrate cPanel-
Users have to provide their email domain (green box). Exp: mail.revechat.com
Then after selecting either IMAP or POP3 users have to provide their SMTP port(blue box).
After that user has to select the SMTP protocol according to their account. They can select from TLS, SSL, STARTTLS.
Then users have to provide their login details. They have to provide their email(green box), exp: anna@revechat.com.
After that they have to provide their password(blue box). Lastly user have to provide their business name(yellow box)
After completing all this steps user will see a pop-up that their cPanel email is integrated with REVE chat.
