Key Features

Users can enable certain features like voice call, video call, screen sharing, co-browsing buttons from this settings and allow either agents, visitors or both to initiate them from the live chat widget.

Bot Navigation & Login Behaviour

Users can enable features where visitors/ customers can directly initiate chat, voice call & video call with agents. Users can also clear conversation for logged-in visitors after certain period of time.

Other Features

Here users setup their queue time & chat acceptance time. Besides other features like sneak peak, email the chat conversation, chat auto accept and many more can be enabled or disables from here. Users can also link their social media pages to the chat widget to make it easily available to the visitors.
