REVE Chat allows partner business to give support to their multilayered visitors differently with separate departments as part of advanced routing.
Administrative user can define various department like query /complain / Request and visitor choosing particular department will be routed to agent assigned to that department.
Here, admins can create multiple departments and add agents based on their business operation.
Admin can add multiple agents under a department.
