With the V5.0.0 release, REVE chat has brought a more modular forms component that can be triggered from anywhere, either chatbot or live chat.

Forms are required to collect structured information from users in an organized manner. It helps automate processes like registrations, surveys, and feedback submission. And as it ensures data is captured in a specific format, it helps improve accuracy and reduce errors.

Our form feature has improved as a independent modular feature. Modular forms are superior as they provide a greater flexibility by allowing independent management of each section/ question, enable reusability by reducing redundancy.

From here we can customize Pre-Chat form, Post-Chat form or create custom forms to better serve our needs.
