Bot Builder

An administrative user can build and/configure a chat bot from scratch or create a bot from existing templates with this module. The bot actions will help the user to create a Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning bot with zero coding. These actions are described in the following pages.

Here is how our chatbot builder page looks. From Starting Point (marked in green) is where the bot will be triggered. Users have to connect nodes with the starting point that they want to trigger first, like Main Menu or Lead Generation.

By clicking the plus icon at the top right corner (marked in yellow) the chatbot action menu will appear from the right (marked in blue). And after adding multiple nodes, if it seems complex to arrange the nodes, there is an auto organize option under the plus icon to reorganize them.

Users have to connect the nodes by click & dragging from a nodes connector point to the destination node.

Preview Bot

You can check your bot immediately by clicking the Test this bot button (marked in yellow). A pop-up will appear behaving like a website where the widget has been integrated & where we can interact with the bot. It helps enormously for bot building and modification.
