Bot history gives report of customers chatting with bots. The complete report can be exported to PDF or Excel. If human handover to live chat is turned on then this can allow to reply to that user from here as well.
Bot analytics is the reporting where admin can see the overall summary and comparison of total bot conversation with human handover.
This shows all the collected data of bot through various question at different stage of visitor conversation. Thus, Bot lead report is the report to communicate customers having some lead or detail personal information. This helps agents to communicate with customer for later communication.
