To access the Agent Availability Report, navigate to the REVE Chat dashboard and follow these steps:
Click on the Reports section from the left-hand menu.
Select Chatbot Report.
Click on Goal Analysis.
Goals represent specific actions or milestones, such as form submissions, product inquiries, or service sign-ups, that the chatbot is designed to achieve. This report provides detailed insights into the performance and effectiveness of predefined goals.
Total Sessions: Refers to the number of customer that chatbots have actively managed and responded to within a given timeframe.
Goal Reached: The total count of successfully achieved goals.
Completion Rate: The percentage of goals successfully completed out of the total chatbot sessions.
Avg. Completion Rate: The average time required for a customer/ visitor to complete the goal.
Time Range Selection:
Today: Displays bot engagement data for the current date
Last 1 Day: Displays bot engagement data for the past 24 hours.
Last 7 Days: Displays bot engagement data for the past 7 days.
Last 30 Days: Displays bot engagement data for the past 30 days.
Custom Range: Displays bot engagement data for selected data range
Bot Filter: Allows you to filter data for specific chatbots or view data for all chatbots using a drop-down menu.
Goal Name: Allows you to filter data for a specific goal using a drop-down menu.
Completion Rate: Allows you to filter the data based on completion rate. Users have to select the condition ( Greater or Equal to/ Less or Equal to) and provide a value to filter the goal list.
