Easily manage customer interactions around the clock with the new custom business hours setting

Setting custom business hours helps businesses manage customer expectations, route inquiries appropriately, and automate after-hours responses. It ensures support is aligned with staff availability, improves efficiency, and helps meet SLAs by focusing efforts during operating hours.
Click the Add Business Hour button, a new window will appear where the working hours of your customer support team will be set.
First provide a name to the business hour for better organization and select the time zone the business operates in.
We can create specific business hour for specific departments by selecting the Assigned Department.
Next we have to select the Custom Business Hour option to set working hours for specific days of the week.
Hover over a specific day & click the plus icon to add the business hour for that specific day.
We can move the slider to adjust the business hour according to our needs. If required we can add multiple time slots by clicking the plus icon. Exp: There are 2 shifts that work, one in the morning to noon & other evening to night. we can add 2 shifts by clicking the plus icon.
Specific country has specific holidays they enjoy. We can add custom holiday by clicking the Add Holiday button. A calendar will appear where we have to manually add the dates our business will be offline.
After providing all the necessary info, we have to click the save changes button to add the business hour.
