Used to collect visitor/ customer data

Forms are widely used across various industries for registration, appointment booking, collect feedback and many more.

In the action users have to select an already published form from the drop down(marked in green). A point to note is that Form action currently only supports web channel only

Below is how forms will be shown in the customer/ visitor end chat widget (marked in green). When a visitor is given a form, the chat panel will be disabled. Visitor has fill up before proceeding to the next node/ action.
