To use the send email action, add it from the chatbot action panel.
Click the action to open the details panel. The details panel will open from the right. Here they have to provide a subject, destination email & provide a text. For both destination email & email body, users can use attributes that store the value.
This action can be used to create a ticket automatically when a customer states their problem/ issue and provide their email.
