You can use the text action to provide conversational messages to your visitors.
You can use any kind of text message in the text action to show your visitors. With the help of this text action the chat bot can be designed as a conversational bot rather than a click to action bot.


In the text action, you can use attributes and emojis(blue box) to personalize the bot responses. You can use the delay option(green box) to postpone the bot response, giving visitors time to go through previous message.
