This component is used to provide chat transfer to a live agent if the visitor/ customer wants.

In the chat transfer action you need to provide a message in the text box action. Visitor/ customer will see this message when he request for chat transfer to a live agent. If you have department option enabled either you select which department to route the request of the visitor/ customer or the visitor can choose the department while requesting chat transfer.
