Similar to a quick reply action, you can also use a button action in REVE chatbot. You have to provide a message for your visitor/ customers in the message box. Then you can add a maximum of 3 buttons in each action.
The main difference between a quick reply action and a button action is that, you can send your visitor/ customers to a specific URL when he clicks any of the button. You have to select the URL option when adding the button and link a functioning URL with the button.
This is how your visitors will see a button action in the chat widget.
