Carousel Action

Using the carousel action, any user can showcase products directly in chatbot.

After you click the carousel action button, a new carousel card will be added to your selected node. You can attach or upload a URL in the image section of each card.

For each card, you need to add a title (showcasing product's name), subtitle (describing the product).

If you want, you can link the web page of a specific product to it's image in the carousel card using the "card link" button.

In each carousel card, there can be a maximum of 3 buttons. In each button, you need to add a title, a value(if needed) and direct to a node/ add a URL. So, when a visitor clicks any of the button, he may be directed to a new node or a specific URL.

You can add a maximum of 10 carousel card in each carousel action.
