Redesigned User-Centric Interface: We are excited to introduce a completely redesigned, user-centric interface for an enhanced chatting experience. The new interface is more intuitive, making interactions with your customers smoother and more enjoyable.
Enhanced Voice Messaging: Customer service agents can now provide an even better voice messaging experience. Communicate with your visitors through voice messages, adding a personal touch to your conversations.
Express with Emojis: Visitors can now send a wide range of emojis to express their emotions. Emojis are a universal language, and now your chat interactions can convey emotions more effectively.
Improved Media Preview: We've enhanced the experience for previewing links, media files, and attachments. This feature allows you to easily share and view various types of content during your conversations.
Send Multiple Images at Once: Visitors now have the ability to send multiple images to an agent at once. This makes sharing images and visual information more efficient.
Feedback Sharing: We've improved the process for visitors to share feedback with the agent at the end of a conversation. Your visitors can now provide valuable feedback more easily.
Introducing REVE Chatbot for SDK! Businesses can now integrate the SDK into their mobile applications and enable chatbots to streamline their operations. With chatbot API integrations, you can generate leads, showcase products, or automate processes. Chatbots ensure quick responses, enable the transfer of qualified leads to human agents, assist customers in reporting issues, and many more.
