New Android SDK is Ready to Use

A new SDK version (1.0.14.3.0) for Android has been released. Have a quick look at the new SDK update:
Enables dynamic Pre-Chat form for live chat that will help business get pre-information from a customer before chat transfers to a live agent.
Show dynamic Offline form when agents are offline, collect information, and reply when agents get back online.
Customer can choose department from SDK and chat will transfers to that department’s agents. The field is optional.
Attachment preview bug resolved in the chat for certain devices.
Chat widget white labeling (“Powered by REVE Chat” removal) option for SDK.
Some known bug fixes.
