The navigation system has been moved from Classic horizontal navigation to modern vertical sidebar.
Track and solve customer problems with newly launched REVE Chat Tickets.
Avatars are updated to advanced 3D characters.
All functional activities and features will be remaining same as before, and no functional actions has been changed to shift the horizontal navigation to vertical sidebar.
To adapt the vertical navigation change, nothing needed on your end!
