In our inbox panel, we have renamed some of our folders to make them more understandable and relevant. One thing to be noted, there is no change at the functional level, just the folders are renamed. Changes are as follow:
Previously in the engaged folder, an agent would view & interact with chats that were assigned to them. It is now renamed to Your Chat.
We have also changed the queue to unassigned, where the unassigned chat requests are listed.
Managing bot chats has never been easier! With our new dedicated folder, monitoring bot interactions is a breeze. Previously exclusive to admins, bot chats are now accessible to agents too. This allows agents to see bot conversations in real-time and step in proactively.
We've added a new notification textbox in the chat transfer action. Visitors will now receive a message when all agents are offline or when it is outside business hours, ensuring clear communication and improving the overall user experience.
