WhatsApp business integration with the omnichannel platform, REVE chat.
How to integrate WhatsApp business account
First navigate to the WhatsApp integration page by clicking the Integration module(left nav bar)> Social Media Channels > WhatsApp
Click Add WhatsApp Account. A new pop-up will appear, where you have to select between three options.
After selecting the option which is applicable for you, click Continue. You will be directed to Meta Business web page to connect your WhatsApp business account.
Select the Facebook account you want to connect your WhatsApp number and click Continue to
You will be asked for permissions that REVE chat will from now on access WhatsApp messages(to be changed after viewing the actual pop-up). Click Get Started to start the process.
Fill out you business information & click next
Create or select your business profile
Next you will be asked to add a phone number & select how you want to receive the verification code.
Then you will be asked to verify the phone number
After that your whatsApp business account will be connected with REVE chat. From now on any new customer query can be replied from our omni channel platform
