If the business wants to allow its visitors/customer to initiate chat via a link or QR code placed in any medium of customer communication (like website/channels/Kiosk/booth/others) then they can just copy (Link) or Download (QR Code) and place it in the desired medium. Once the visitor scans or click the link then they will be directed to a chat window and agent can support that customer afterwards accordingly.
