Close Chat

A new action has been introduced in the REVE chatbot. Now users can close a chatbot session with the use of the "Close Chat" action of chatbot. To use this action-

• Click & add the the close chat action at the end of your desired bot flow.

Close Chat Action

• Provide a text message to inform the visitor that the chat session will be closed, so that the visitor doesn't get surprised.
